This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use Taran Sports club shops, why we need it and how we look after it.

Who we share it with
We only share your information where needed to fulfil your order or run the shop:
- •Stripe, to take payment
- •Evri, to deliver your order
- •Our manufacturing partner, for custom group-order kit. We share only sizes and any personalisation, not your contact details.
- •Google, for website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
- •Our website and email providers, which store data on our behalf
We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for 6 years, as required for tax purposes. Other information, such as messages, is deleted when no longer needed, usually within 2 years.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- •see the information we hold about you
- •ask us to correct or delete it
- •object to or restrict how we use it
- •ask for a copy to move to another provider
- •withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To use any of these rights, contact us. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
Keeping your data safe
The shop uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to make and deliver your order.
